Posted By Sajad Hussain Hello I'm currently in the process of changing careers. Currently work as a Corporate Account Manager in a sales led role. Im looking for a career path that offers me a real trade with decent earning potential in the long run. I have decided to go into Health and Safety and will be commencing my NEB Gen Certificate in Safety and Health in September. This will be self funded. I understand that having qualifications is one thing but it is really experience that is required. This is more apparent to me as I don't have a background in construction (this is the sector I plan to go into). Does anyone have advice as where to look for perspective employers who would invest in an individual who is taking the first step on the ladder? Any guidance would be appreciated. Kind Regards

Posted By CFT Sajad If it is not to late why not go for the NEB Construction Cert in the first instance as construction is the area you wish to progress into? Hearty best wishes and good luck. CFT
