Posted By mags1963 Hi Everyone I've got 3 job interviews coming up at the end of the month and for one of them, I will need to do a 15 minute presentation on risk assessment aimed at line managers in manufacturing with little knowledge of health and safety. I already have one presentation I use on a regular basis - it's very basic (based on the 5 steps) and I'd like to see some others if possible. Would anyone be willing to send me their powerpoint presentations on risk assessment? Cheers Mags

Posted By Malcolm Hogarth If you already have a presentation that you use regularly you will be familiar with it and should be comfortable in presenting it. Using the HSE 5 steps is a good starting point as it covers all the key points. An explanation of the purpose of risk assessments is always useful, along with the emphasis on assessing 'significant' risks. You might also widen it slightly by including risk assessments for specific subjects such as fire, hazardous substances, noise, first aid etc. Best of luck with the interviews. Malcolm
