Posted By John Fraser Hi jmc It is really up to yourself, I started off working as a CDM Co - Ordinator in a property consultancy, but did'nt fancy it after two years there and so swapped to work as a health and safety advisor in a construction company where I have been more settled in. As I said it is really up to you, but bear in mind it is more cut throat in a consultancy than in a company as a advisor in my opinion. The other side of the coin is that you are the master of your own destiny. Hope this helps John
