Can anyone offer practical advice on gettign into Health & Safety when all adverts seems to ask for a minimum of a Diploma or 2 - 3 years experience.

I have responded to several adverts for employment and either get refusals or no relpy at all. My own employer has no positions available for me to gain experience either.

I feel being 50 and holding a General Crrtificate I am hitting my head against a brick wall.

any advice is very welcome.
