Posted By martin park hi i am starting the nebosh general certifcate in september 3hours a week fro 32 weeks in the evening. in september my local safety training company are running the 'nebosh fire safety and risk management' course which is a 2 week solid course. Would you reccomend doing both? and can anybody reccomend it? thanks martin parker

Posted By PhilP Martin I haven't sat the Fire Management Course but I have thought about it, but just to let you know when I was looking to take the course I was told if you had passed the NGC within the last 5 years (OK, you've still to sit yours) then you didn't have to sit the Management paper on the fire qualification, this will save you time, money and some writing. It might be worth checking this with your training provider. Phil
