Posted By 36 If I was to go bankrupt in the UK because of the credit crush would it still be possible to still get a job in Dubai (Health & Safety), or it that one of the questions you are asked which you have to confirm before they will give you a visa to work there? I.e Bankrupt (not allowed in)? 38

Posted By Karen Todd Not sure about IOSH, but some other chartered institutions require you to tell them immediately about any criminal conviction, or about bankruptcy. I think it falls under "fit and proper person" and "of good repute" type stuff. I don't know if the institutions kick you out, or what happens... KT
