Posted By David John Harris I recently went for an interview and was obliged to present a 15 minute presentation on a 3 year H&S plan for the company in question. I explained, on arrival, that has I had no idea on their current situation I couldn't formulate a H&S plan but I would present 15 minutes on Behavioural Safety Management. It went down very well with notes being taken and enthusiasic questioning went on throughgout and afterwards but I was caught out by the two questioners asking questions post presentation that I had covered during the presentation and during question time within the presentation. I asked for the questioners to make their questions clearer as I had answered the questions they asked two times already so obviously I was not making myself clear or I was mis-understanding what they were asking. They said no it was okay and I left with the feeling they were very happy with me. Two weeks later I heard they felt they would go with someone a little more maleable!! David
