Posted By PBH Olayinka, Start at the bottom and work upwards. The NGC would be a good starting point, then keep getting experience where you are. I would document your work experience as this makes putting a CV togehter much easier. When you feel confident in your knowledge & abilities etc go on to a higher qual such as diploma, NVQ 4, PgDip etc. If you look at previous threads then you will see that quals without experience and visa versa makes getting into the profession difficult.
