Posted By SharonR Hi I have just completed my General Certificate and I will be receiving my exam results next month. I am currently a Library Manager where as part of my role I am the facilities manager for two libraries which covers all the health and safety for these two libraries. I am looking for my first health and safety post and my lack of experience means that I cannot apply for most of the positions. I am looking for a junior position where I can build on my experience and start building a career in health & Safety. I self funded my certificate and took annual leave to attend and I am looking at doing the fire certificate next by e-learning. I am motivated, enthusiastic about health and safety and I have just become a member of IOSH. If anyone knows of any positions in Portsmouth or the surrounding area please let me know.
