Posted By Andrew Lawrence Hello all, I'm hoping some of you may be able to offer some guidance. I've recently completed IOSH Managing Safely & NEBOSH General Cert. and will be taking the NEBOSH Fire/Risk Assessment next March. But what next continue onto Diploma? I am a Manager working for a insurance broker breaking into the risk management/health and safety field and as you can imagine our clients are quite diverse. Thanks in advance of a response

Posted By David Bannister Andrew, I think the answer depends on whether you want to specialise in H&S (NEBOSH Dip or Higher Degree) or the wider field of risk management. In the latter case, have you considered the IRM route? I too gave up insurance and concentrated on risk management, latterly specialising in corporate liabilities. Good luck.
