Posted By domgoacher Hi all, I worked as one of HM's inspectors up to five years ago. I am looking into returning to the industry but in the private sector. Any ideas on refresher training, legal updates etc.?

I think that you will find that Dom has been in Spain, and recognising that he needs to get back up to speed as to UK requirements.

Posted By SteveD-M Welcome back! Just made the assumption (wrongly) that there would have been CPD to help you through...

Posted By Martin Mulholland Peter, Given that Dom was a HSE Inspector and despite the fact that he has been in Spain I still find the post a surprising one. However, Dom: The HSE has lots of useful information, with this as a start for the legal changes you will need to be aware of: www.hse.gov.uk/legislation/Martin
