To all interviewers, what are the questions that you would like to hear from candidates (interviewees)?

Hi Min,
In my experience, candidates who ask intelligent questions about the structure of the company and current issues they are facing with compliance to safety standards are usually seen in a good light.
Always worth asking the interviewer a few questions about what they enjoy about working there and so on as well as it shows you are interested in them as well as just the job.
I would certainly never recommend that you ask them about money and benefits - always leave that to the interviewer to bring up.
A few basic questions can be found here:

Hope this helps,
Helen

Here are some more typical, generic questions that you could ask (depending on your level, not all of these may be appropriate of course):
• What is the next stage in the process and will i receive feedback on this interview?
• What are my promotion prospects?
• Will i be given a mentor to oversee my development?
• How is my career path determined?
• Why should i join your organisation over another?
• How do you measure success?
• What have previous people who have held this role gone to do?
• What will be the main challenges i will face in the first six months?
