Just wondering if this is not a breach of forum guidelines with promotion of an individual source of information... or should the person say.. there are also other good magazine distributors available?

Yes - I'm pretty sure that the posting by the IOSH Web Administrator entitled "SHP4jobs: information for recruiters " breaches AUG guidelines on advertising, and wait for it to be deleted.
[Won't hold breath though - 'some are more equal than others']
