Posted By ScotsAM I agree with the previous poster although the quality of the work done or the willingness to keep one employee over another will also be taknen into consideration. Companys pay what they believe people to be worth, and for the same job, this may be a different amount per employee. It really depends on their policys although don't be surprised if two people doing the same job are paid differing amounts.
