Hi,
I'm considering to work more specifically in stress management. However I didn't do any subjects in psychology in my previous study. I have a BEng degree in Engineering and MSc degree in safety with environmental management. Please can someone tell me how could I get a qualification in "stress management"?
Thank you.

I don't have my prospectus to hand for this year but as an introduction why not try IOSH 'Stress in Perspective'.
I completed the course a couple of years ago with Caroline Raymond and Barbara Wilson as course tutors, very knowledgable ladies.

If you Google 'stress management course' you will find a plethora of courses. Identifying which are good, bad or indifferent is another matter.

Hi,
I've just completed a stress management course that is recognised by ISMA (the International Stress Management Association) - it is the CPCAB Diploma in Stress Management - run by Premier Life Skills. Excellent course and you get a recognised qualification.
