I am Detective with 12 years experience in numerous specialist squads and trained in various aspects of incident control, investigative interviewing of witnesses and suspects including cognitive interviewing techniques, advanced defensive driving, security, media presentation and high level report writing. I have been a trainer within the Police although have not recognised outwith in civi street. I have 7 years scaffolding experience and some military experience. Also having recently passed my NEBOSH NGC I want to move into the Safety area. I had wanted to move to the offshore arena but have no offshore experience.

Can anyone give me any advise on the best way to utilise my skills and what if any courses would better suit me to further my chances of changing career.
