Hi All
I am currently working as a foreman installing metaldecking flooring,I have done this for last ten yrs,I have gained many certificate in construction and inspecting work.About 12 months ago i did a course for H+S for site supervisor,The course was really rewarding. So now i have self funded the Nebosh general.I am 3/4 way through the course and can honestly say the course is superb and really got my appetite for doing H+S full time.I have already booked to do the diploma in September. On here today to See if somebody on here would be willing to give me a chance of a trainee position and i would still be willing to self fund my diploma.
I am 30 yrs old and really keen to carve out a career in H+S.
Thanks for taking time to read my post.

would your current company not be prepared to give you some part time duties to gain some further experience.
please remember its really tough on the jobs front at the moment with some really good experienced people getting the bullet due to the economic situation we are in.
as mentioned earlier speak to your current employer you never know they may just bite your hand off!
