Iam 43 yrs old.I have a sound background in the food industry totaling 25yrs.I Have experience in all aspects.I have worked around the world Australia,Miami and in Europe.I hold 706/1,706/2 and nutrition&hygiene cretificates. I returned to England and proceeded to build my own establishment,i was involved in the planning,design &legislation aspects of the build. Iam looking to go into the health & safety side of the buisness. Iam available for volunteer work and would appreciate the on site experience. I Look forward to any correspondence and information in my career change.
