I am shortly to get my full 18 points for the APS and my thesis was about this topic, however, i am still unsure what they might ask? Kay

Posted By Mal I recently interviewed candidates for a CDMC position. What i looked for were the following: People skills - you ned to communicate wna dwork with clients, designers, and contractors, so you must have good people skills!! Correct technical terminology - by that i mean - pre construction information not pre tender plan!! - design risk management not designers risk assessments!! A general feel about health and safety in construction - from designing out to on site management. Project related anecdotal evidence of CDM input at all stages. And an interest in CDM, not just a job!! Best of luck, e-mail me if you want to talk more. Regards, Mal
