I am currently having difficulty getting work. I have passed the NEBOSH Diploma, however every job I look at requires an environmental qualification, degree or diploma.

My question is would the NEBOSH Diploma in Environmental Management qualify me for these jobs?

yes, it is a widely accepted qualification. You can apply AIEMA.
