Anyone else noticed the increase over the past couple of months of jobs appearing in SHP?

More jobs maybe, but I cant help thinking many of them seem vastly under paid given the apparent requirements of qualification and or responsibilities of the role eg. H+S manager 25k

I've noticed that Descarte.
I'm employed but got my new job during the recession. Resulting in my work:salary ratio being somewhat off balance ;)

A company called the other day wanting me for a CDM-C role. I fitted the bill of CMIOSH, Chartered Engineer, RMaPs plus 10 years major construction. They could offer up to 25K! I nearly fell of my seating laughing.
