Hello

Thank you for taking the time to read my posting.

I am currently seeking a career enhancing position within a forward thinking organisation, one which can utilise my range of qualifications, skills and experience.

To date, I have over 15 years experience of working within Health, Safety and Environmental Management. Currently, I am working as a Health and Safety Consultant within the Regulatory Defence Team of an International law firm located within the North West. The diverse nature of my work means that my role requires me to advise clients across a wide range of industries including: manufacturing, construction, rail, transport, NHS and healthcare and also retail. In addition, I also assist solicitors in analysing technical evidence along with the preparation of defences against prosecution from the HSE, LA and EA.

In addition to my experience, I also hold a wide range of qualifications including a NEBOSH Certificate, Nottingham Trent University Diploma in Safety, Health and Environmental Management and more recently a law degree (2:1 Hons). Furthermore, I also hold Grad IOSH status; however, I aim to achieve CMIOSH status within approximately six months time.

Currently I reside in Cheshire. However, I would consider relocating to other parts of the UK, or indeed overseas, for the right package.

Please do not hesitate to contact me should you wish to discuss the information provided above, or indeed, should you wish to arrange an interview.

Kind regards

Paul

Seems to me like you already have a good job given the diversity of everything you do

If you are leaving then lets have the info then we can all apply for your job.

Seriously the grass is not always greener when you are stuck in an office all day

Thanks for your interesting message.

Yes the diverse nature of my work means that my job is both interesting and challenging. However, working within a law firm is no longer an environment that appeals to me for several reasons. For the sake of clarity, I should say that I am not an external consultant working for the firm, I am in fact an employee who spends many days in the office elbow deep in paper work...

Once I have found a new position, I would be happy to pass on the details of my current employer. I should mention, however, that the position requires a law degree due to the nature of the work.
