Currently employed, however I need a more challenging role in HSE management, which delivers the buzz each day.

39 yrs old, experienced HSES Manager, in various roles for 13 years.
Responsibilities have also included security & operations management.

Predominantly from high risk industrial background with additional experience in domestic gas, loft and cavity wall insulation in the Social Housing Sector with a transient workforce.

Key Skills
Qualified, skilled and experienced Health, Safety, Environment & Security Manager with a proven track record in accident reduction.
Proven track record of HSE management system implementation and LRQA accreditation.
Experienced in managing team workers, continually raising the standards to achieve personal and business goals.
Continually challenge custom and practice to develop cultural changes within the organisation through coaching and leading by example.
Development and implementation of annual Business Plans, and Management Review.
Management of IPPC permit in cooperation/coordination with Environment Agency Representatives.
Contribution to PQQ and tender processes for local authority and ALMO organisation contracts.
Provide advice; develop strategic targets and objectives at director level.
Develop and carry out training programmes, review and select external training providers.
Qualified and experienced in Asbestos Management programmes.
Experienced in developing incident investigation systems, working closely with insurance brokers/companies.
Experienced in high risk and multi sited organisations throughout the UK.
Excellent IT skills, development of professional reports.
Provide HSE management for transient workforce.

I would embrace the opportunity to move into a consultancy role and rediscover that excitement, something I had a taste for in my previous role as a Divisional HSE Manager while covering the whole of the UK & Ire.
Based in South Yorkshire with a willingness to undertake reasonable travel throughout the UK.
