For the purposes of preparing construction, phase H & S plans, is anyone aware of list of hospitals with A&E departments on the Webb?

The Institute of Health and Social Services publish an annual yearbook which is THE definitive guide for the info you seek. Unfortunately I'm not aware of it being on the web yet. It's a bit steep at £130 but worth it. I'm lucky enough to have one supplied by my part employer which I also use for the same purposes as you.

You can get a copy from FT Healthcare
on 0207 896 2424. If there is such a site on the web I'd like to see it.

DOH! As I'm typing this I remember that I've used www.yell.com before. It's a bit fiddly but if you put the area you want and A & E /hospital in as search criteria it may work.

Good luck

You can get a complete A-Z listing of all UK hospitals and Health Authorities etc at

http://www.bubl.ac.uk/uk/hospitals/

May be a bit more tedious to go into each one and find if it has A&E, but could be useful for cross reference.
