As part of our Euro safety week activities, I want to hold a quiz with a prize sponsored by our safety equipment suppliers, as I don't want to re-invent the wheel has anybody got a standard quiz that I could use?.
I guess a questionaire format with multiple choice answers is the best.

Lee, many thanks, my intention is to pick some generic questions and then add some specific ones relevent to the task people perform here, this should give me something that will provoke some thought and discussions within the workforce.
