Posted By Jim Sweetman In the summer, the Construction SG newsletter included an update of Client prosecutions. Included in that update was a reference to 5 cases where the Client(s) was prosecuted for failure to follow professional advice. This is a topic near to my situation, and probably the same for many others. Is there anyone who can give me a guide, or further information, to the circumstances of these cases? Regards Jim Sweetman

Posted By Paul Leadbetter Jim If you can remember some key words from the cases in question, you might be able to find the details at www.bailii.org, the website of the British and Irish Legal Information Institute Regards Paul Leadbetter
