Posted By Raymond Rapp Ken, I would love to say that I am your man, having spent nearly twenty years in the railway industry. However, railway regulations are not my strong point but I am aware of a number of railway 'consultants' specialising in safety. If you wish I could pass on some names to you, but of course these people charge. Otherwise you may need some general information as opposed to specific and I may be able to help. Ray
