Posted By Nancy Lett Does any Local Authority provide outdoor coats for Homecare Workers. If so is it provided as Corporate Workwear or PPE. Could you reply to this as soon as possible as it is in relation to industrial action. Thank you.

Posted By Robert Woods Unless your coat is to protect you from the elements whilst working outside i,e in the same way as a builder, postal worker or grounds person for instance, then it would not be provided as PPE. It may be corporate workwear which may or may not be provided free of charge by your employer. If you would like a leaflet on the PPE regs email a snail mail address.
