I am employed by a small charity, providing Free Health and Safety Training, advice and support to the voluntary sector and SME’s across all sectors. We have just received a quote for 5000,000 cover us for: - Breach of Professional Duty neglect, omission or error committed in good faith Dishonesty of staff (250,000) Libel and slander Loss of or damage to documents Compensation for court attendance Additional costs as per insurers This will be £160.00 Is this enough or is anything missing? Posted By Andrew Powell Hi Ashley, Do you use brokers to obtain competitive insurance, what is their advice? Do you have legal representation, can they help? I would have thought that these institutions would be in the best posistion to advise you. Regards Andrew
