Hi all,
I need abrief overview of COMAH 99, without reading through the entire text of the regulations. Can anyone point me in the direction of any guidance, or websites which may be able to help?

I present the IOSH CPD course on major accident hazards, so have lots of material. If you just want a summary, I wrote an article for Croner which was published as a Risk Assessment Special Report in July 1999. If you don't have access to these, I can post you a copy.
