Can anyone advise on special considerations for the above?
Any help/guidance/advice gratefully received.

Do you mean the sort of activity where the worker delivers to a number of different premises? If so, then there are (at least) two possible scenarios - firstly, that they are the same locations each day/week (e.g. as with supermarket or pub deliveries) or that they are always different (although probably within a specified geographical area, as for parcel or domestic deliveries).
For the first, you should carry out a RA for each location, using your delivery staff knowledge for helping to identify problems. Solutions can be jointly worked on with the premises occupiers/owners.
The second is more difficult to cover, but gathering your delivery staff together to talk about common or particular problems should help identify what mechanical aids should be supplied or what questions should be asked of the customer before delivery. The staff should also be trained in RA matters so that they can quickly do an appraisal on-site and then be able to refuse (or re-arrange)delivery if they consider it too dangerous.
...this all seems a bit obvious; what have I forgotten?
