I am setting up an audit bank of questions for 18001. I have recently implemented and been accredited with ISO 14001. I am looking for a standard set of questions that can been used for audit purposes in 18001 audits.
Without trying to reinvent the wheel would anybody out there have access to this type of question banks. Any help would be appreciated.

You can download a safety management audit question set from;

It was designed around HS(G)65 but with a little modification will work with OHSAS 18001. Let me know if I can help any further.
