Posted By David Brede Does anyone know of or has written a simple guidance leaflet or similar for food safety that could be used in construction site cabins? Some of the ones I visit are quite disgusting so I need alternative ways of educating the operatives to avoid trying to poison themselves when they eat!

Posted By Paul Leadbetter David Have you tried the appropriate local council? They sometimes produce leaflets on food hygiene which may suit your purpose. Regards Paul Leadbetter
