Could anybody please give information on where and how I may gain an asbestos surveying certificate. Which I feel would help me in my persuit of employment whithin decommionsing of construction and engineering sites.

You could try calling the Asbestos Removal Contractors Association (ARCA) on 01283 531126.

Hi Sean,
You could try the British Institute of Occupational Hygienists (BIOH) who certainly ran surveying courses as recently as 2001.

Contact BOIH as previously mentioned and ask for the details of the P402 course and course providers. You could also contact ARCA on 01283 531126 or AAA on 01245 257752 and ask for the details of P402 courses
