Posted By Robert Woods Does anyone have examples of COSHH assessment forms they would be prepared to let me have copies of. I work for an organisation that provides free health and safety advice for the voluntary sector and not for profit organisations. I am hoping to use the examples to create an easy to use and understand COSHH assessment form for these groups. Robert Woods
