Posted By Shaun Deely Although recent judgements in europe may have some companies breathing a sigh of relief we have decided to 'tackle' stress head on! does anyone know where I can get some quality information on how to approach this, on a personal level very stressful (pardon the humour), subject as I am definately not experienced in this field. Regards, Shaun

Posted By Mark Eden i have just taken part in a stress awareness course through west sussex fire brigade for whom i work. It might be of some use, it was supplied by Kittiwake Training via the local health authority, their e-mail adress is www.training@kittiwake.com . Ihope this may be of some use kind regards M.Eden.
