Posted By Charles New Does anyone have a good quotable definition of an 'industrial injury', and under what circumstances would an accident at work not be classed as an industrial injury? Thanks in advance Charles

Posted By Steve Appleton Hi Charles, What constitutes an industrial injury can be found listed in the Social Security (Industrial Injuries)(Prescribed Diseases) Regulations 1985. These regulations have since been amended a couple of times
