Posted By Francis MSc MIOSH RSP My memory having let me down- some time ago the HSE (or was it the HSC?) produced a document indicating what Health & Safety information should be included in an Annual Report. 1) Anyone able to identify it poperly? 2) Any idea where it is on the internet?
