I am in the process of gathering information and statistics regarding the changing of Wheels on company cars. I realise some companies use the RAC/AA but has anyone got any information or pointers that could help, I have visited various sites but there seems to be very little information around. Many Thanks.

Not sure I understand your question. Is it statistics on frequency of punctures you want or guidance on the correct way to change a wheel and safety issues of?
About 5 years ago the average mileage frequency of a puncture was just over 25k. I had a flat a couple of weeks ago, the first for 15 years of 12k pa driving. But about 15 years ago had a spate of half a dozen within a couple of years or less, making me one of the most competent roadside wheel-changers ever!
Many (most even) drivers I talk to have never had a flat (tyre - plenty of flat batteries, but we don't carry spares of those . . ). For practical advice, see vehicle handbooks. Some big franchise garages give "womens evening" talks (bit condescending, but they seem popular) covering personal safety, roadside emergencies etc. which may include a practice wheel change, often a chance for people to decide whether or not it's a "contract out" job, or they could DIY.
