The frequency with which refresher training is provided will depend upon how long since the type of work was last done, or if there have been changes to methods of work, safety procedures or equipment. Ansewer thes simple questions to se if you need refresher training.... 1) expalin in detail the pre user checks on the escape and/or full BA sets you use 2) details the safe system of work you would employ for a 4 man entry into a walk through confined space between 2 manholes 75 metres apart with a partial continue flow of water/sewage 3) describe the requirements and uitems to consider in carrying out a risk assessment for the protection of rescuers in the event of an emeregency. If you cannot answer these off the top of your head you need to do a refresher course.
