Dear All,
has anybody had any experiance of the above type of courses / Qualifications?
My current facilities team have no experiance of Asbestos management so I am trying to identify suitable courses for them to go on which would help them with managing the stuff in our properties both owned and rented (we are responsible for all works within the buildings).
Rather then just buying the service, I feel it will be better for them in the long run to do a course, so any suggetions would be appriciated.

They do a number of courses which may assist.

I am not sure quite what you are seeking - if you are expecting to train these people to do type 2 and 3 surveys then I would say forget it unless they have a suitable background. If on the other hand you are looking for a course on managing asbestos under the new regime then there is at least one course run under the CPD programme this year - remember these are open to non-members.
