My experience is that different LA's have different requirements so the best thing to do is to contact the Licensing Officers at the LA in question. Many authorities have very strict requirements which are not necessarily based on risk. Some LA's will work with the local fire service re standards but many will ignore the fire service advice re some standards e.g. types of emergency lighting. Cheers John C
