Posted By Tony Part of our manufacturing process is using this substance for cleaning applicators for 10 mins at each shift end, does any one have experience in dealing with this solvent and what type of breathing apparatus is recommended??

Posted By Paul Leadbetter Tony If you must use RPE, then an AX filter is required as dichloromethane boils at only 40C. However, you should try to use engineering controls to minimise exposure if substitution is not an option. Paul
