I have Nebosh cert and wish to progress further.Ideally I would like to get a diploma.Cost is a issue, can I do as distance learning or are there any other ways?

rcc are quite cheap and there documentaion is good. I went to bolton college dip 1 cost £1250 Including books. Dip 2 the same the downside was poor notes in my opinion but the tutors were great and i think they have revised the notes. Colleges seem the best if they offer the dips. if not rcc is my recomendation.

Have you thought of the NVQ4 - one off cost rather than the two part Diploma. Leads to an equivalent qualification, you do it at home or work. Only good for those actually working in H&S rather than trying to break in. I don't know your circumstances but it is worth looking at if cost and distance is your difficulty.
