Posted By Ian Clay Could anyone point me in the right direction to get a good example of a COSHH assessment pro-forma. I am about to undertake COSHH assessments at my workplace and would like some examples of good practice.

Posted By Sheralyn Pattison Hi Ian, I am currently reviewing COSHH at my workplace, try cossh esssentials available through the homepage of the HSE website. The assessments are be done from safety data sheets and the website will generate an assessment form which you can use already pre-printed. Regards Sheralyn
