We have been asked to allow some people to abseil off one of our buildings for charity. The company organising the abseil are insured against injury and damage and are also going to waiver any right to claim from us in the eventuality of any unforeseen accident.
What are the implications for us as the building owner?

Colan,

We have been through this a number of times, there is more to this than just insurance and waivers. If you would like to e-mail me with your phone number I can fill you in with what we did.

Regards

Gareth
