Posted By Nigel Hammond Hi Graham I have a few documents on health & safety for cleaners so I'll e-mail them separately. Is your procedure just about the H&S of cleaners or is it about ensuring good housekeeping and hygiene? If it is about hygiene/housekeeping, don't forget to include cleaning roster forms. This is important for kitchens for residential care. I don't have any to hand but if I can track them down, I'll send them to you. Also, lone-working is often an issue for cleaners because of the time they come in.
