Have any local authorities have such a thing as a Cemetery handbook , which is given to contractors (Memorial Masons, Funeral Directors, arbo - work, maintenance to walls and trees etc)carrying out any work within the cemetery?

I am looking to develop such a handbook, so if anyone has started this already and wants to share their knowledge, please contact me on stephen.bridgehouse@rochdale.gov.uk

the only Handbook we use at our authority is the IBCA handbook,
