Can anyone give me any guidance on the essential elements of an induction package for new employees in a factory environment.

I already have, I believe, most things covered but hopefully the contributors to this forum will be able to help in ensuring nothing is missed.

Thanks in advance

Steve

Steve
I have a full induction manual on my pc, which I wrote a few years ago so check the content thoroughly the odd bit maybe out of date.
This should cover your needs, as it was written for a large engineering works.
I will send it via e-mail when I locate it.
Regards
Steve

Steve, try the downloads section of www.borders-safety.com, ther is a manual there in MS Publisher format you can download free. It might give you some pointers.
