Posted By Peter Rees I need to produce an off-site emergency plan in a format similar to COMAH that covers both chemical and radiological issues. Can anyone point me in the right direction for any help? Or is there anyone that could email a copy of their plan?

Posted By David Scott Peter, not sure why you need to produce an Off-Site Emergency Plan if you are not a COMAH Site! This is a responsibility of the Local Authority in conjunction with yourself providing Company information. That said, you could try your Local Emergency Planning Officer located in your County Council Offices or try the Home Office Publication 'Dealing with Disaster'.

Posted By David Scott Sorry, you could also try HS(G)191 Emergency Planning for Major Accidents.
